No attachements when traveling?

When I'm on the road (which is not often) I'm using microsoft express for work e-mial via AOL dial-up. I haven't been able to recieve any attachments? I already went into security and poked around to see if it was a security issue. My mailbox is large enough to recieve that attachements - anyone know what I am missing?

you don't have "don't allow attachments that could be ... blah blah" checked in secturity? can you go to

http://www.mail2web.com

and get the same emails with attachments if you were to forward them to your same address.?
