No ANI information on CDR record for phantom ACD-DN

Hi,

I only see inbound calls to phantom ACD-DN on inbound calls CDR record but no ANI. Is there a way to turn ANI on? I checked all the parameters that have been suggested in the past but still not getting ANI. Please help. Here are the progamming for ACD and RDB. Thanks.

Thank you for a quick response. That what I thought. That's too bad since the exec in my company received the harassing voice message on her phone and wants to find out who made that call on ACD 7000 (main number). Can we force inbound calls to ACD 7000 on DID trunk (Route 10)?
 
Your carrier controls where the inbound calls come into.
 
It has always killed me that Nortel could create a CID loop start trunk card for the $1500 CICS, but not one for the $$$$ Meridian...
