NML22 & NW 7.1.1 Notes: No Output

I've installed NML22 on an W2003 Server and NW 7.1.1 on W2000 Server. If I start a Backup I got following Error
NOTES: ! Not Output
New installation not work. Have anyone an Idear

Are you able to backup anything or are you getting this message when you try any backup? Where are you getting the error (e.g. message window)?

I also have this problem, I can backup the filesystem on the Notes-Server but not the Notes DB - I get the same message in the deamon.log. Windows 2003, Notes 6.51 an NLM 2.2 - anyone an idea?

This issue may be related to a known issue with NLM 2.2. Apparently it crashes when trying to print out the final status message if there is a % symbol in the path. There is a hotfix available for this (LGTpa61073). Its available from Legato Customer Support.

Did you get any further information with the error? If you have not already tried the hotfix for NLM 2.2 it may be worth trying out. You can get a similar message to this if there are communication problems between the server and client.

Your backup server is W2K the NML2.2 is on W2003 - I believe there is an OS compatiblility issue. Check Legato Software Compatibility Guide - Q204 page 29 of 54.

I've solved the problem. I put following variables in the systemvariables at the notes server

Name: Notes_ExecDirectory Value: c:\lotus\domino\prg -> domino programm directory

Path: c:\lotus\domino\prg;.....
