In my PBX setup, I would like that all unused DNs are sent to the NIT number defined in LD15. I have no console defined. So night mode is always active. I've defined a dummy queue 7992 (ncfw Meridian Mail). In MMail, 7992 is defined as announcment. When I'm calling from outside to an unknown number, I receive from MMail "your session cannot continue at this time, please try again later". Any idea what is wrong?

the mail is seeing the dialed number not the nite number, always been a problem.. you'll need to set up the dialed dn in a idc table for that to work

In this case, I need to defined 4000 numbers in the IDC! What I want to avoid. Is there a workaround?

yes you can put numbers in to a block or use a ran for a intercept treatment.. that's what i have set up, a route with 2 ports that say you have reached a nonworking number. look at you rdr data for that option. i would never send 4000 vacant numbers to mail, unless i was trying to sell voice mail ports

INT_DATA
then ranr prompt tells the switch which route to send vacant numbers to, int and ext

The purpose is, in case of DRP, to send 4000 numbers rerouted by the PSTN from one site to a backup one. Customers calling user DN should receive an emergency message, other will be rerouted to specific destinations. I have 96 Mail channels. If I need to setup ran, it will cost a lot for sth I will never use (I hope). It is just a business requierement...

just found a possible, in your cdb their is a prompt MDID, defaults to no, package 46 opt=mci, no answer did calls routed to a Message Center...

I tried it but unfortunately I have the same VM message.
MDID is for DID calls not answered. In my case, it is a DID number not defined.

if you set the intercept treatment to att, build a att with an atdn will that mb get non defined did calls?

Intercept is already set to att. My atdn defined in OVL15 is 11. I'll search in NTP more details. Thank to try to help me...
