hello again
this should be simple but having issues again. i have automated day/night and at night want calls to go to a company mailbox. what's the best way to achieve this? and how can i alert 1 or more users that a vm is left in this mailbox?

Forward the attendants to a group that gives the night answer or use PGM 231 for this purpose.
The PGM231 states where the direct numbers from the public network has to be answered in day, night and weekend position.
At night and weekend a system message can be recorded telling the callers that the company is closed - and informing about the opening hours.
Way to go.
