Wierd one! Night 1 rings to cordless phone 405. 405 is a button on 3 super sets. When a call comes in it rings 405 and gets answered on 405 but continues to ring the 405 buttons of the 3 super sets. When you pickup on the super set button it stops ringing and says hangup. Going off hook on the cordless lights the super set buttons. Why would it keep ringing the super sets after 405 is answered??

is the buttons on the supersets programmed as a key line or multi line?

WORK SMART NOT HARD

I vaguely remember a issue like this one.

What software version do you have?

What's most important is that you realise ... There is no spoon.

No not in a hunt group. Not assigned as a non busy extension. Had the system reset as well. The only thing I changed reciently was removed ANI/DNIS trunk in COS for trunks. It makes no sense to me.

just to be clear, you went into the switch and looked and 405 are key lines and NOT multicall?

Yes they say KEY. I don't know what could have changed.
