I'm looking for documentation on NICE Recording Systems. I've been to the NICE website which doesn't help much. Does anyone know where I can obtain this information from the web?

Thanks,

jody

Hi Jody,

NICE have a website which all customer's that are part of their "CEM" are entitled to access... however they don't seem to advertise it.

The URL is : - cheesy I know, but it appears to be a very useful site if you have any fairly recent equipment.

You will have to request a login before you are able to use any part of the site - this may take a while as NICE aren't the fastest at responding to emails.

Hope this helps ! Regards,

As far as I am aware the audio data is stored in a proprietary nice format on unformatted disk space, therefore it's not possible to access the actual data... though I could be wrong ?

Also... unless you either have a HUGE hard drive, or you are recording a VERY small amount of calls, you wouldn't be able to do this anyway... don't you have any form of backup media, such as DDS3/4 tapes or DVD+r ? This usually comes with the NICE kit.

Try contacting NICE CEM directly, their US telephone number is: +1 201 964-2600, their Head office telephone number in Israel is: +972 9 775-3777

Hope this helps.
