We have a Nice solution, we have 2 scenarios which we need to record. 1) Contact Centre Agents 2) Normal Phone sets.
The problem I have is that the only way I can query for the normal phone sets is to give the user rights to all recordings as the phone sets do not show up as agents in the query tool!
I need to give the supervisors of the normal phone sets only access rights to there own recording and not all of them!
Any help greatly appreciated.
