Issue: We have a CS 1000M with Symposium Link 5.0, we installed a NICE recording solution but for some reason the NICE system is not getting any TN/DN information from the Switch. We pointed the NICE system to another Symposium link 5.0 system in another site and it works fine. So the issue seems to be local with this site. Is there anything on the CS 1000M which would prevent sending the TN/DN info. through Symposium Link. The following are the basic configuration required for IP Recording. Ld 17 PARM: IPIE = "YES", Telephone configs: AST 00 01 and CLS ICR = ICRA. I have everything working ok at two other locations but at this one site it's just not working. Any input would be appreciated.

Don't know if this helps any to identify issue: This is the response from a working system and the system with the issue..

Non-working System: missing DN/TN field in the response.

do you have iapg set to yes as well on the phones? this is needed to get the information onto link

It's not getting any smarter out there. You have to come to terms with stupidity, and make it work for you.

The issue has been resolved getting the latest patch that was available for Symposium 5.0. The system works ok now. Just have to battle another issue with a site running Symposium 4.02 (I know its a little old but it's what we have to work with right now)
