Hi
This is located in the user profile under Business Analyzer. There is a section under the heading of Audit where you select "Query Audit Trail". Just make sure the profile is exclusive to this user if you do not want others to have this ability.

Sorry in the profile it is under Applications/Business Analyzer/Audit.
