Nic Teaming

I am trying to figure out the correct way to enable NIC Teaming on a HP Procurve 2810 / 24 and 2 HP ML350 running VMWare 3.5.

Seems like the VMWare side it pretty easy and done but the switch side I am having a had time understanding the correct configuration for load balancing.

I am trying to figure out if I use LACP or Trunk. I put the ports in a Trunk group but that was not good. Please help if you can. Many Thanks in advance!!
