Nfuse error on application launchq

I have just installed Citrix nfuse 1.7 and when trying to launch an application I am getting the following error.

"An Attempt was made to set a invalid session field"

We are running Windows 2000 server sp 3

We have a active directory installed on the server.

Citrix is MetaFrame XPe feature release 3 with sp 1.

Nfuse is installed on the same box as the metaframe server.

Anyone know what the problem is?

FR3 tries to install WI 2.0 by default. Did this happen?
