Nextiva SIP Forbidden?

Hello, Been lerking for a while first time post. i was reading up on thread940-1676070 and I found it of some help but a difference between my logs vs that users logs are that I am getting '403 forbidden'

I have my LAN 2 Network Topology Settings like they recommend. When i try to run the STUN to either the Stun server they recommend or the one recommended in the above stated thread my settings change. It clears out the Public IP address the UDP port and it changes the setting for the firewall/NAT type from what i have it set to (open internet) to Blocking firewall.
^Is STUN telling me that it can not get out of my firewall?

I called Nextiva and they wanted to check my firewall settings but my system admin will not let them connect and insists he has everything set according to their hand out correctly. ( using sonic-wall router and firewall)

i was able to find that Nextiva had me pointing to the incorrect servers. once they told me the correct one i was able to register. some times it is the little things
