How canI run a report that shows log/off info on a local DC?

Look in the event log, under security

Televison will make radio obsolete.

The Security Event Log will contain this infomration but only if you have auditing enabled. On the DC in question go to start > run and type 'gpedit.msc' then navigate to Computer Configuration > Windows Settings > Security Settings > Local Policies > Audit Policy.
