Newbie - Need help to set up in coming call for new station

Hi there.

My head has been overloaded with new information on a very steap learning curve, I will try my best to explain.

The problem is how do I set-up a new station with a direct incoming number. For example DDI - 01204491219 (VDN 1219) going to a single station extension 88717. I have got around this using vector to route the call. The Problem that I come up against is that the coverage is then not working to pass the call if not answered to another extension. When the number is dialed from the out side it just rings. But yet it works correctly if I dial 88717 from within the building.

What I am I missing ???.
What have I over looked.
aahhh Please point me in the right direction.

In the vector you should have a step with 'route to number 88717 with cov y if unconditionally'
Then, if station 88717 doesn't answer, it follows the coverage path of station 88717.
