Lo all,

I am trying to get back into web page designing (only the personal hobby side of things) and I have been told Dreamweaver is the way to go. The limit to my knowledge is Frontpage with some HTML knowledge....I was just wondering whether anyone could suggest any nice tutorial sites, or e-books for me to check out....really need people' help with this....

cheers

Craig

The built in tutorials in Dreamweaver 4 are pretty good, try those if you have not already. Not sure if they are any better/worse in Dreamweaver MX.

Another good way to learn is to just play about with the different settings/options and just create some test sites.

Dreamweavr MX gives alot problems as of now, alot of ppl. have siad that it takes forever to load and crashes sometimes... I have not failed; I merely found 100,000 different ways of not succeding...

I have not used MX extensively yet, don't have any current projects to work on!! but have had no problems so far in what I have been doing. Running it on a P4 1.6GHz with 384Mb RAM.

I have not used MX either, and i'm inclined to also becuase of all the response i've gotten here and elsewhere...
I think i'll wait for the patches to be out...lol, just like an MicroSoft application... I have not failed; I merely found 100,000 different ways of not succeding...
