might help to read a few older post.. they was some pretty good faq's on that at one time... here's a short jump start..
after you print a simular set.. you need two things, a tn and a dn...

2000 (that finds all vacant terminial numbers for digital sets)
return, and copy one tn from that list
then (still in 20)

x that is the leading number your looking for.. if most stations in that dept is 5, i usually look for a 5, a return with no 1st digit gives you all vacant dn's..
once you get those two, follows scotts lead..

that would make a copy of the 2616 on tn 4 0, the new tn, 5 0.. key 0 will be ext 500... those are normal tn's for an opt 11.. (on the wall switch) for larger systems the tn format is 4 0 0 0 for the 1st pair on that cable (cable 5)
