New user not being added to Address List

Hello,

I'm having a problem where when I add a new user to Exchange 2003 they're not being added the Global Address List for users who have 'Use Cached Exchange Mode' switched on.

User who aren't using the Cached Mode can find the new contacts fine.

Do anyone know how to resolve this problem?

depending on when you added them it may take upto 24 hours for the contact to be replicated across all the servers.

This is essentially the same issue as thread955-1326878. You can force a rebuild of the Offline Address Book and then get the Outlook users to download the updated OAB (tools | send/receive | download address book). Otherwise you'll just have to wait.
