New User Email Address Not Showing Up in AD

Hi Everyone,

I think this is the best place to post this. I am running Windows 2000 Active Directory and Exchange 2000 and I created a new user about 5 hours ago, and everything in AD looks fine, but there is nothing in the email address tab. It does show which database the mailbox is in. It is just blank! Why would this be?

I just looked in the Exchange Admin, and went to where his mailbox should be, and it is not in there? AD shows the path to the mailbox, but it is not there in the Exchange Admin?

Any ideas?
