New to phone systems (GDK-16E) 3

Hello, Could anyone please help as i am at a loss of where to start with this. I am trying to install a GDK-16e in an office for a small charity. we have the unit and 6 phones. I have looked at various instruction manuals but not much help. Could anyone give me some guidence on how to wire all this together?

true there was a comp we used to have on gdk when i first started , because you know the commands you just button bash hold/save and the system registers and then the screen catches up .
i know im going to get told off but(female engineer!!! would like to see more of that)

plus using the keyphone you know that the kit is actually taking the command correctly first time every time.
