New to IP Phones and set up

We currently have 2 g450's at a remote location that only provide POTS services. We are trying to add IP Softphones to our system and not sure where to start. We have the softphone program for windows and the licenses in our CM 6 so we should have the rights to make this work.

Install One X Communicator
Ensure the station is enabled for soft phone registration
Configure 1X to connect to CM (PROCR or CLAN)
Attempt login

New problem. Our IP phones are on the same network region, but audio is only one way. I am using the One X client and a did a list trace and found no errors.

CM's just telling endpoints and gateways where to send their media. Check IP routes in the gateway and the data network

Weird. Its working now. I didn't do anything.
