I'm a phone guy who thinks it's past the time I need to learn Exchange 2007. Can someone please point me in a good direction to start learning about the product? With Microsoft getting into the "phone system" market, I think its time I learn Exchange 2007 and explore its UM features. I already have clients asking me for integrations with the Avaya IP Office product we sell.

PBX integration is the main thing I am looking for but I wish to learn as many of the aspects of Exchange that I can.

I have read some stuff on Microsoft's site but what I have found isn't enough. Your help is appreciated.

I would suggest you try the Microsoft E-Learning course. It is only about $300 and will take you through all the setup you should need, including Unified Messaging.

I hope you find this post helpful.

Regards,

Mark
