Not sure about tutorials but the IBM site is full of stuff !
(Forgive me I'm and IBMer!!!)
Try the following for technical documents :

These have pdf files that you can download and use as reference material.
Then you also have the Redbooks:
Do a search for DB2 or whatever. These are technical books and papers.
