new to BU Exec with BIG responsibilites

Hi all,
I just re-started a new job, and i have been put in charge of checking backups for all our customers (about 40 of them).
I know nothing about Backup Exec other than what i am learning on a daily basis.

I need help with what the errors mean and how to fix them.
I am not a tech at this point, i am just in charge of surface problems and easy fixes.


If anyone knows of any sites that can just give me an overview or free training that would be AWESOME!!
