New Thawte SSL Problem ?

Hello,

I have recently setup a new XP presentation server FR3, and I have just received a cert from thawte registered as citrix.myexternalcompanyname.com. This is where i have a issue, as i registered my cert with the registered company external domain name and this does not match our internal domain name schema. For clients to access citrix internally or externally i would like them to use

https://citrix.myexternalcompanyname.com

rather than

https://internalcomputername

can anyone help with a workaround

Just add the A-record to your local dns server, or use the good old hosts file on the clientpc's.
