The last few subforms I've created aren't showing up in the VBA Project Explorer window. When I try to refer to them in VBA code I get an error message saying that Access couldn't find the subform referred to (fyi: I'm not trying to do anything complicated at the moment, just set the focus to a particular field). That makes sense if the Project Explorer isn't recognizing them but I can't figure out why it isn't.
I've never seen this before, except for misspellings and such which is not the case here.
When I create new forms or reports, they show up, along with the older stuff, in both the Access Forms and Reports panes and in the Project Explorer. On the other hand, when I create new subforms they only show up in the Access Forms window and not in the Project Explorer, though the Project Explorer shows all the older subforms.
The database is not huge, doesn't have a plethora of forms, and is only a year old. I have Access 2002 running on Windows 98. Also, I've compacted and repaired but that hasn't fixed it.
Anybody have a clue what might be wrong or a way to work around it? lastout (the game's not over till it's over)
