I have an Meridian Option 11c with voicemail (Callpilot 3.0).
The meridian got hit with a power surge past the UPS and killed the SSC card (daughter card) my technician tells me that he is able to reload my database aok, but as soon as he puts in the dongle with the security features, it scrambles the database, I told him to get a new SSC card (with new dongle)so we can get the system back up. The problem he tells me is that the new dongle is keyed to the voice mail card's dongle.
I had already replaced the voice mail card once with a new dongle in it, and recall some instructions (load codes) that would put in the proper dongle codes so the two would play nice. That is my question.
What are the instructions/proceedure I need to do, to get both dongles to play nice together, and get my voice mail back into operation?
