I have a backend datbase and seperate front ends all on a shared drive. When one of the users is entering records, the other users cannot see the records unless they exit out of the form and then go back in.

We have recently changed the version of access from 97 to 2000. Does anyone have any thoughts on why this would happen?

Thanks much for the help!!!

Is there a Command Button on the form that they click or tab & enter to when the records..I assume these records are added manually like data entry? If so thats easy.

Sorry...I dont know why I hit enter and submitted that without adding the event ... anyway you can just add like:

Form_YourFormNameHere.Refresh

somewhere in the process like every time a record is added or something..I dont know what code goes along with your form.

Yes, there are buttons - I will try that. The strange thing is I had no problems when I used access 97 - thanks!!!!
