Hello,

We are running a BCM50.
Our RCC server is running on a desktop with the RCC component.

I have everything set up and it appears to be running but I cannot get to my old data. i read somewhere that the BCM should store a lot of the old call records.

My other ccrs.mdf file is about 208MB. Is there a way to migrate the old data into the new DB for RCC?

Thanks
Matt

Once you have loaded the RCC on the server and put in the BCM connection information, you come to a screen "Contact Center Connection". The bottom of that screen has an option to download "All Data" or "Data from a specific time

thanks, that didn't work for me. For some reason the BCM did not have the old data on it. Only since the last download.

Found another article. Copied the Mysql DB file for the Report Centre over from another machine and it worked.

Thanks again
Matt

After you copied the "mysql" data base from the other machine, how did you get the old data out of the original BCM for your old RCC files. I have an RCC that your info could possibly help me out in the future.
Thanks,

All the old data was already there, I was not missing anything.

I just did a fresh install of RCC on a new computer and the RCC server. Overwrote the RCC DB under MYSQL and rebooted. i logged back in, reconfigured the RCC component with the IP etc of the BCM and that was it.

The RCC when it collects the data you can setup the BCM to remove the info from BCM which then the only place it exists is on the RCC server. If I remember correctly we had a system with a CC on it. I believe there is the option of doing a data dump then importing that data from your data dump. (Backup)
