New Payables 1099 Forms printing on line instead of box

Yes all my styles and drivers and initialization strings are correct
but
the new Payables 1099 form prints the information on the bottom line (the line going through the information) instead of in the little boxes. It seems to me that the report is a bit off but I am not getting much help from Oracle. Can anyone verify if they have printed and if they printed cleanly?
We are using a HP Laserjet 8100N and currently do not have another printer to test.

I have printed successfully, we did need a patch. Plus DBA
had to play with print string in Unix.

Thank you jmoscari, I'm not sure how to close a thread. The HPLJ5 series printers work great, but this 8100 is sooo close that it took some additional detective work. Someone was testing with "exact copies" that apparently weren't so exact. Be forewarned. When I asked to talk to the printer and get another, they decided to try the original and it worked.
