New IP500 V2 with Combo Card - Help 1

I'm new to IP Office and just received the IP500 V2. I installed the SD card and combo card and powered it up. I have 6 9508 phones but none of the phones are getting power. Anything I need to do software wise to get these up and running? Just want to make sure it's not DOA.

The new combo cards will not work on software older than 7.0.12. All of the new units I've been getting are shipping with 7.0.05. Do an upgrade on the software and you should be good to go.

Thanks, and yes I'm new to IP office. I knew the 9508's didn't work on anything below R7 but didn't know the version had to be beyond a specific R7 release. I upgraded the software and the phones are now working.

One more question... How do I switch it from quick to standard mode?

File->Advanced->Switch to Standard Mode

Use "best match" if you already have a configuration saved that you would like to keep.
