new firebox

Hi!

A customers firebox700 with 7.3 code brokedown yesterday. They decided to buy a new firebox. Is it possible to load the configfile ( have it saved ) to the new box or do i need to do it from scratch? I am not very familiar with WG firewalls.

Hi,

Normally you can only do this if they have subscribed to the WG service which allows you to download the configuration.

If they have there will be the option within the WG to download configuration.

By default this service is not avaliable.
