Just so you know, when the AA answer on a NAM press 9 and the alternate greeting starts to play, press 0 and the local operator will answer. You can then place any toll call you wish via the operator. That is why you must build a filter and block at least 0 and assign it to the vmail DN's. The voicemail ports are just extensions and need to be considered when installing the system.
