New button in a dialog box ( SHBrowseForfolder(...))

I want to insert a button ( fonctionnality: create a new folder) in a dialog box create with a SHBrowseForfolder(...).

I need a hand!

If its to run in Win ME or Win2000 (or later)just set the BIF_NEWDIALOGSTYLE flag in the browseinfo structure.
