I currently have a 2000 exchange server, I am bringing in another one to take its place. so the new server will also be exchange 2000, What would be a good way to move the mail boxes from one server to the other, is there a migration tool for a 2000 to 2000 exchange move ?

That is in the user's Outlook Profile, but you should not need to do that if you kept the same server name
