New 16xx phones with factory test needed

Had quite a few 1608 in a recent batch that needed the factory test running through (test all buttons, test hook switches etc.)

Anyone else seen this as our disty thinks its just us?!?!?

Once the tests are complete the phone is fine, but it's a little annoying.
