I have 2 switches. Switch Type A: G3siV6 and Switch Type B: G3siV8. I run T1 between 2 switches. When a call comes to Switch A the user answers the call and is able to transfer calls to Switch B. My problem is that the call display on Switch B shows outside call and TAC. I need to see name and the person who transfered the call from Switch A to Switch B (name and extension).

The setup of Switch A and Switch B are the same.

Service Type: TIE
Send Calling Number: y
Send Connected Number: y
Send Name: y
PBX ID: 3

How can I program both switches so when a call from switch A and gets transferred to switch B the name and the extension of the person transferring the call appear on the display?

Your help will be greatly appreciated.

I'm not 100% sure, but don't the trunks need to be ISDN-PRI to pass that information?

dcs is turned on using isdn d-channel

Do you have the DCS field flagged to y?
