We recently moved some of our network around, however we left untouched the Novell server, on which the print server profiles and Accpac data files reside. For some bizarre reason, Accpac now prints to Printer #2 in the network, even though the capture is configured to Printer #1. We think it may be a question of changing the LPT in Accpac but have no idea how to do that. Any help would be appreciated.

network printing problems in Accpac Plus 6.5 (dos)

Hi,
A little more information would be needed. 1. From a DOS prompt what does the "capture /sh" display. Are the LPT ports pointing to the right print queues ? In Plus press F3 and goto the printer setup. Is the printer pointing to the right LPT port ? (You can also change ports from here)
I'm assuming you are using Netware 4 or higher. Did you more anything in the NDS tree of Novell that could cause another login script to run?
