Can someone please advise how to access the Network Parameters menu on a 5220 phone without rebooting it? I know there are several ways to do this while the phone boots up but I am pretty sure I used to be able to do this without rebooting. Something like hold the up and down arrow, release the up arrow, and press 4 ... or something like that. Sorry, having a major brain fart and I cannot find it anywhere!

Thanks in advance!

Hold down both volume keys.
Release volume up while keepng volume down depressed
Dial 234
Release volume down key.

This should get into the config menu.

Thought is was the other way around with the volume keys, but maybe both work :)

Guys, this is a 5220

Hold both Vol keys, release 1 of them then 33284 (debug) then release other vol key

I thought it worked on 5220's as well 234 (CFG)
Could be wrong I don't work on many.

I have MCD 6.0 SP3 and it works as sarond mentioned with either releasing the top or bottom, no difference on a 5220

@Pandabear1, I'm not sure when they changed it then. I usually try 234 from habit before I remember to try the other. It's possible it's worked on occasion without me noticing.

This still works, I did it on a 5320e lately on 7.0

BAZINGA!

I'm not insane, my mother had me tested!

I think the offical said to hole down both and release the down arrow before typing 234. I could be mistaken...but whatever works...works :)

@tlpeter

53XX phones have always been 234

52XX phone were always 33284 until ???

@jpruder, the order of the Vol keys has never mattered.
