how do i get network neighborhood off desktop

i reloaded 98 over itself,all is fine except for this icon which wont delete and ive forgotten what i did to get rid of it before...

Tweak UI will hide it, but the reason why it's there is "Client For Microsoft Networks" under Network Properties.
