Greetings ... and HELP!!!

I am trying to impliment a NLB solution using W2K Advanced Server. Here is my setup:

I have two application servers to which I would like to apply NLB. This cluster will be serving approximately 40 users via terminal services. The two servers are part of a domain controlled by a PDC which is also the DNS server for the daomain. When I enable NLB, everything appears normal on the servers but the IP I've assignedto the virtual MAC Address is not reachable. Terminal service clients can not connect to the IP and it cannot be pinged even from the PDC.
When I checked the log in the Event Viewer on the two servers, they say that the servers joined without problems. Also when I look at the device manager the virtual NIC shows up. So ... where do I go now? Any help would be gratly appreciated as I'm under a lot of pressure to get this thing working.
