Network Issue

I have 3 Windows XP PC's on a mini network 1 of theses in the main PC for access the internet.

For ease of solution
PC 1 is used to host the internet
PC 2 has shared software running from it.
PC 3 just used for IE access through PC 1.

All 3 PC are able to access internet OK

PC 2 and 3 can access each other over the network.

But PC is unable to see or access PC 2 or 3 on the network, what is causing this?

Sorry if these questions are issues you have already checked, but you have to ask the easy questions first:

Is PC 1 on the same workgroup as PCs 2 and 3?

Is File and Printer Sharing (via the network adapter properties dialog) enabled?

Do you have a firewall enabled on PC 1 that limits access?

All PC's are on the same workgroup!

File print sharing is enabled on all 3 PC's!

At present all firewall are off!

I have also made sure Workstation Service is running and also Computer browser.

I have Computer Associates AV and Pestcontrol running on all 3 PC's.

PC 1 is unable to ping PC2/3 or view on network, but PC2/3 can ping and see PC1

A mis-configured firewall may still be interfering with your access even if it is switched off, to eliminate the firewall you may have to actually uninstall it. Also many anti virus programs include hidden firewall components.

Have you tried Safe Mode with Networking to see if anything works in that mode?

With Auditing enabled, the various items in the Event Viewer Security Log contain a wealth of information which may assist you, not to mention what else is available from the System folder.

Thanks everyone tried all suggestions and WINSOCKFix sorted the issue.
