Network drivers for IBM Thinkpad model 2628 -41U A20m

Loaded XP Pro on the above system, but network adapter drivers do not load. Got the drivers from IBM Web Page, but still no load. I have two of these notebooks and the same thing is happening on both systems. Have tried 3com drivers and Intel drivers from other techs. still no load


Anyone got an idea?

Is this for the replicator or just the internal port??
We have this issue for the replicator but not the internal port...
