Network display takes long time.

When I first boot up my machine, and try to browse my network it displays quickly. Sometimes I leave my PC on for a couple of hours, and when i come back to it, it takes a long time to display the other computers on my network.

If anybody knows the cause of this please let me know.

Make sure the power saving functions for your network card are disabled. Look in Device Manager for you NIC and look at the Power Tab.
