I have two Windows XP machines networked together and from the second one I'm sharing the internet connection off the first machine which connects to the internet through a dial-up connection. For browsing most to the internet this works fine. But for a few sites (hotmail.com and nfl.com for example) I get the Network Connections box come up saying 'You (or a program) have requested information from xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx. Which connection do you want to use?' And it list my dial-up connections I have defined to my system.

Does anyone have any idea what settings I need to look at or change to keep this dialog box from appearing? If I hit cancel then the web site appears to pull up fine using the shared internet connection.

I've seen this too, even when there was no ICS involved.

Don't have a fix yet, but it seems to have stopped on its own - for now.
