I got a question. Can I have 2 network cards on a pc running win98 with both having differents ips and network mask?

Thanks in advance.

Rgds.

Yes you can. I had a setup like that myself. One card was connected to my ISP and was set to automatic detect, and the other was manualy set to an internal ip address and connected to another comp for internet sharing and network.

sorry again, but how do you set to automatic detect? and if I wants to be on separate networks, by means 2 different ips and two different network mask which I manually set...
