So, in the past we just deployed IP/SIP Phones and SIP Trunks and just assumed they would work, and they did - however with my new company we are looking to do things correct and are looking for suggestions on Hardware / Software to asses our clients networks before deploying anything IP.
Targets per Avaya Documentation:
- Latency
- Packet Loss
- Jitter
Duration: Monitor statistics once every minute for a full week.
I do not see a mention of a suggested method to do so.
