Netware IP Bootdisk

I'm trying to get an IP bootdisk to use for imaging labs and I have had alot of success with a Universal IP bootdisk for MS networks but I want to use my Nw65 servers to accomplish this also. I found an IP bootdisk for Netware and I'm able to login fine and actually run my Altiris Rdeploy to create an image and save it to the server but the transfer rate is incredibly slow compared to the universal IP Msnetwork bootdisk (4mb/min vs 140 mb/min) I am trying on the same switches, hardware etc except for servers. Does anyone have any suggestions for any tweaks, configs that might make a difference?

This looks like it may be the culprit, will try it but was wondering what other folks had done.
