NetWare6 sp3.

Server loses Ip overnight- everynight! Any suggestions???

Any power management options running ?

What does it take to get it back, is it a manual process or does it come back automagically

Sounds like you may be running DHCP here. IF you are it is recommended that you use a static IP address.
