Netscreen 5XP - Block Internet for certain users ?

Hello,

I am trying to setup a policy on Netscreen 5XP that will block Internet access for certain users.

I have setup a policy such that it will block HTTP, Real media services for certain IP Address.

However, I can still access Internet on these computers. Any advice or comments would be appreciated.

First of what version of the Screenos are you using? And please provide us with a configuration.
